  1. My first real encounter with his music was watching Gnomeo and Juliet at age 9. I fell in love with all the lyrics, and the stories he’d tell in his songs. At 13 I went with my parents to one of his concerts and it’s probably my favorite concert I’ve been to. I’m 16 now, and i sometimes have the diamond album on repeat since every song is just so beautifully deep (Someone Saved My Life Tonight) or just plain fun (Saturday Night)

  2. I love finding all these diamond moments on YouTube! I may not be able to see his very last "retirement" concerts (saw him in Portland, Maine 2017!!), but I'm just now exploring all the Elton content on here and it's like giving me a whole new level of appreciation for him and love of his music! A huge fan since 1970!!! What an amazing book you have there! Just a micro fraction of the love that is out here for you! Your fans cannot thank you enough Sir Elton for all you've given to us and all you have done for so many around the world. Our best to you and your family! ❤️

  3. I am a disabled veteran, and through my many tours of service, your music which was always outstanding and a part of my life because it kept me grounded in a military conviction…A soldier doesn't fight because she hates what is in front of her, she fights because she love what she left behind. Everyone, because…I'm Still Standing….Guard.

  4. First recollection was Caribou from my dad…I loved Solar Prestige a Gammon…so silly. Became a diehard fan in 88-89 when Reg Strikes Back came out!! Love the newer stuff, your voice.

  5. I am 58 years old. My first song was Crocodile Rock, at a school dance in Missoula, Montana. I was 12 or 13. Fell in love with your music. You've always been my favorite musician! I have played Funeral for a Friend a zillion times. I also love Captain Fantastic and One Horse Town. Oh heck! I love all of your songs! I missed you both times you were in Missoula. Hope I'll be able to catch you this time around!
